Baby's heartbeat

As much as I would like to stay home all day to be able to sleep whenever i want to and wear comfortable clothes, I don't think i could handle it. With Kent working and being a student full time i am left all alone at home and its boring!! I work at a Dental office in Orem. I usually work around 30 hours a week.  This week i only had to work 1 day due to our Doctors going to a Dental Convention in SLC.  I have no idea what to do with my spare time.  To make matters worse, we don't have cable. There's no option to veg. This morning i woke up with a huge headache, slight nausea and a sore throat. I never get sick, why now?  Its 5 and I still feel the same.  I feel like i need to exercise more but the weather outside gets me in no mood.  I'm thankful to have an understanding husband who doesn't hesitate to do something for me. He has been such a wonderful support and strength. I know with his help, the next 5 or 6 months left will be easier to handle. 

Yesterday afternoon Kent and I got to hear the baby's heartbeat. It was an amazing experience that has brought Kent and I great joy and comfort. I feel at peace now that I am certain there is a baby inside.  When our Doctor placed the ultrasound hand piece on my lower abdominal I got goosebumps when I hear the heartbeat . It was beating so fast and strong.  For a second it seemed Kent was going to cry. We were both starting to get a little emotional but we stayed strong. 

The doctor says I'm 15 weeks along. Next month we will have an Ultrasound and find out the sex.  We cannot wait to find out what we are having.  Suddenly having nausea, back pains, a full bladder every hour seem all worthwhile.  NE
