This is my last pregnancy post. 

Being induced tomorrow morning. 

ALSO, its my 28th birthday today.  

Super excited to meet my little guy! 

Last week pregnant! 

Officially being induced July 17th. 

Exactly 1 week early.

My uterus is measuring more then 40 weeks so we know Samuel has been busy getting fat in there. 

He should be a good size baby. 

Anything under 8lbs is good for me! ( fingers crossed) 

I am so excited to finally meet Samuel. 

I'm excited to meet the little boy that keeps kicking me when I eat ice and who has the hiccups constantly. 

The little boy who doesn't let me eat Mexican or Asian foods.

The little boy who has now decided to switch up his sleeping pattern and is up all night. 
The little boy who gets lots of love from his big brother.

I am so excited to meet him. 

Will he look like my side of the family? or Kent's?

 Will he look like his big brother William?

 Will he have black hair? red hair?!
Will he be a good baby just like his brother?

Whatever he looks like, he will be perfect. 

I maybe a little bias but Kent and I make darn cute babies. :-)

I secretly wish he would come this weekend. 

I just can't wait! Here's to having a baby this Sat!

37 weeks

Its JULY!!!!

My favorite month.

I'm considered full term now! 

This week my doctor comes back from a service 

trip in the Philippines. 

He will do the Bishops score on me to get me ready for being induced a week early. 

I am feeling pretty good but tired by the end of the day.

I am swollen most of the time. 

I crave lots of ice water. 

Will and I went swimming with friends last week and it felt so good to be in the water. 

I felt like I was not pregnant. 

We've been watching lots of home videos of your big brother from when he was born till now. 

He grew up so fast!

It turns out your brother loves to swim. 

We put on his life jacket, he jumps in the pool and he swims in there all by himself. 

He had a blast at our friends twins birthday party just this last weekend. 

The AC is on most of the day because it is so hot! 
lots of celebrating to do this month! 
Its an excited time!!!

36 weeks

9 MONTHS!!!!

Sam you are just packing on the ounces and pounds from now on.  

You are so big that its getting hard for you to move around like you usually do. 

Its hard for me to walk around because I am so big. 

Yesterday a stranger asked me when I was due with twins? um. ok. nope just one in there. haha.

I have been sleeping on the couch and it has made a world of a difference. 

I only woke up once the first night. I sleep amazing. 

Daddy is working on the New Testament film this summer and he starts prep this week.  

I am so happy he gets to do what he loves. 

We wont be seeing much of him but we know that it is a blessing he has a job.

next week is another Doctor's appt and this time we will find out for sure if inducing me a week early will be the best thing for us in account of you being so big. 

 My stomach is heavy.

On Friday I had to chase your brother down the street. 

He thought it was a game. 

The chase and having to carry him back into the house left me bedridden for a day.
it was awful not being able to do anything but lay. 

Organizing every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen that same day didn't help I guess. 

 Let me tell you, if you want to torture me, just force me to stay in bed all day. 

Its the worst. 

Lately I've been having mild back contractions and my pelvic joints are shot to hell.

My sciatic pain is back but it all means I am getting closer to the end. 

I tried taking Tylenol extra strength so that i can get rest at night but that doesn't help at all. 

Its days like this I wish I had my mom close by.  

Someone I can just call up and keep me company for a few hours.
or help take Will out to the park or something.
Poor kid is all cooped up in the house with me. 

Lately I have been feeling restless.

 I just want to hold you already!

 I keep finding things to clean and organize which is driving your dad insane i'm sure. 

Everything is ready for your arrival!
Went to my doctors appointment today and everything is looking good. My blood pressure is great, I've only gained 37lbs so far and i'm not as swollen as before.

Although I'm feeling huge and my shirts are not fitting, 

I've never felt better. 

I think Sam has moved positions or something because 

I can move around better this week. 

Sleeping is still awful. 

I hate going to bed because I am never comfortable. 

Luckily our cousin Brooke let me borrow a body pillow so that should make sleeping tonight enjoyable. 

We registered at the Hospital today. 

It took about 5 mins. 

Sam's nursery is slowing coming together.  

We still need to vacuum and get a twin bed. 

Oh and we should probably start thinking about

 buying newborn diapers. 

I am so glad we don't have to worry about clothes or blankets.  

Most of the things that were given to Will are in great condition or have never been worn.

Will pointed to my belly the other day and instead of saying "baby" he said SAM!

 I got teary. 

It was super sweet. 

He is going to be a great big brother. 

I am loving that he is starting to understand more of what is going on around him. 

Since I am being induced the week of the 17th (JULY) that means I only have 5 more weeks to go. 

wow. 

33 weeks

Swollen feet!!!   

As soon as 8 months rolled along, my body just took a big hit. 

its as if it was saying " you thought this was going to be a breeze, huh? Well, its not."

Last week I couldn't walk 2 steps without being in pain. 

This week its much better. 

Doctor says he is just too big for my small torso and stature.

 I am caring pretty low and Sam is putting a lot of 

pressure on my pelvis. 

This baby sure is using up all the space I have. 

Simple tasks like putting on pants, sitting down, or getting up, laying down are extremely painful.

If I drop something on the floor consider it lost till Kent gets home. 

I am so grateful when he is home.

 Even if he had a long day at work, he ready to help get 

Will ready for bed. 

I love that man.

Other then being uncomfortable, Baby and I are healthy. 

My due date is July 24th but because of Sam's size 

I will most likely not go pass July 17th. 

I am so excited to be so close to the finish line. 

   8 months pregnant!

Sam you are just getting fat by the minute. 
Doctor says you are going to be BIG! and thinks I shouldn't go past my due date because of that. 
Mommy has only gained 30lbs. REALLY?!
 I feel like I have gained more then that. But the scale doesn't lie. 

I am measuring right at 32 weeks. With your brother I was always measuring way bigger every time I had an appt. 
But with you, I am always right on track. 

You have 8 more weeks or so to get all plump as you want. 
Just don't abuse it.

Mommy is getting tried of picking up after your brother. 

There are toys everywhere. 

Mommies biggest pet peeve is seeing toys in the living room. 

I am learning to just embrace the mess and pick it up at the end of the day. 

I am so happy we are almost at the finish line. 

Although I get tired easily, I am feeling really good. I have so much energy in the morning and that is a huge blessing. by the time daddy comes home from work, I am ready for bedtime. 

When Will naps, I nap. 

The belly is growing and growing. 

I can't reach my feet or see them anymore.
I have heartburn everyday and now I can't sleep at nights.  

Bending down to change Will's diaper is becoming impossible. 

I'm living in skirts and stretchy yoga pants these days oh and sandals. 

Ice and water are my favorite treat everyday. 

oh boy I feel huge!

It doesn't help that I am only 5'2 and have a small torso. 

You move around as if you have lots of room. 

I hope you are enjoying your stay in there cuz come July, 

you are out of there. :-) 

I have taken up residency on our living room couch and even that is not helping me feel comfortable. 

I guess that only means that your arrival is coming soon.

This summer is going to be busy! 

Mommy is trying to figure out how she is going to take care of you and your brother while daddy is at work. 

I will be needing lots of help from above!

Sam, 10 or so more weeks and we get to meet you!!! as bubba would say "Wahoo"

Daddy has been working on our garden this week. 

Today he left bright and early to work on it.  We start planting tomorrow and I am so excited.

its our first time and so far its going well. a sister in the ward is letting 3 couples use her yard. 

this week we are taking it easy. Its getting hot and mommy gets swollen pretty fast when she is outside for too long.

Your brother has been sleeping so well this week. lets hope this is a permanent thing.  Your brother has always had a hard time sleeping straight through the night.

you on the other hand sleep during the night but as soon as I wake up in the morning you are ready to kick and move around. 

I passed my glucose test with flying colors. I am so relieved.  

The water parks are opening up soon! We are excited to be spending all summer in the water. 

Daddy and Mommy miss San Diego during this time of year. 

Samuel, its Daddy's birthday today! 

Mommy is feeling bigger and heavier. Its harder to chase your big brother around. 

Daddy helps mommy so much and sometimes wonders how she got to be so lucky to find such an amazing man.

This week has been super busy for us. We took your brother to a petting zoo, dinosaur museum and we celebrated daddy's birthday. 

Dad thinks mommy is crazy because I can never sit still. I am always rearranging or organizing some room, closet or drawer.  hey, I am just in a nesting phase.
I am constantly picking up after your brother. I think I need to just come to terms that our living room will never be toy free.
Will is such a big helper. He loves to help with laundry, dishes and mopping. I love that he finds it exciting. 
Can't wait to see him help you.

We are planting a few things at a neighbors yard this year. we are super excited to garden. its our first time.  

You love to move around and kick all the time. and I love it. 
I took the Glucose test this week and that orange cold flat stuff   always makes me feel ill.

I love this little boy so much. I can't believe that in 10 weeks this little guy will be in my arms.

I love how much he moves around when Will is around me. He is defiantly going to be use to some loud sound in our home.

He is growing big and strong. I love hearing his little heart beat every time we go in to Dr. Dewey's office.  Sam, you have the cutest nose and eyes and feet!

William loves kissing my belly and saying hi to the baby every day. He is going to be a great big brother.

Can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going by! 

I love how you move around so much when your brother and Daddy are around.

You love using all of the space Mommy has available for you. 

Mommy's hair and nails are looking amazing these days.

We get to spend all of this week with Daddy at home. 

He is finishing up your dresser and crib this week. 

Its starting to get hot in the Valley. We are excited to spend the summer swimming, also that means your arrival is coming soon! 

Kent is working as an Art Director on a movie this month. He works 14+ hours a day and this weekend we wont be seeing him. So this weeks post is a litte different.

Baby you are moving so much! 

Mommy has only gained 15 lbs. 
already this pregnancy is completely different then your brothers. 
You are the size of a large mango. 
Your brother is quit the parrot these days. 
he repeats everything he hears. 
Your nursery is almost finished. 
I am trying to get as much stuff done now that 
I have the strength and time. 
Daddy will be super busy this summer with some film projects. 
I love that Will and I have so much time together these days. 
He loves you and kisses my belly any chance he gets.

We were super excited for Monday's appointment. its so nice to finally know what we are having! I can now start getting the nursery ready AND William's new room. We are so happy baby is strong and healthy and right on track.
