so so cute.
I was so excited this morning to make pancakes. My mother in law Judy also sent me a (Curious George Makes Pancakes) book with it and you bet I read it to Will after making pancakes. As you can see, he loved eating them. if you are reading this:
Thanks Judy and Keith for a wonderful gift.

{i'm dreaming of a white christmas}

This Christmas was wonderful. Kent, Will and I celebrated Christ birth in our very own home. We had the best time of our lives.
I will admit, at first i was a little hesitant of staying.
I love spending time with my family. The Alvarez clan sure knows how to party and Christmas and New Years really shows how crazy we can get
On Christmas Eve Kent made a delicious ham, I made funeral potatoes and Will made a fun mess in the living room.
after dinner we went over to the Shepherds. We were are so grateful to be invited in their family traditions. After, we went home and Will got into his Christmas eve PJ. This year he got Toy Story PJ.and off to bed he went.

On Christmas we opened presents, eat breakfast and watched Save by the Bell Wedding on T.V haha. i know. it was great. except for the fact that I felt really sick but good thing i didn't have anywhere to go.
Over all Christmas was wonderful! I am so grateful for a beautiful little family, an amazing husband and for another year I get to spend with my family on earth. Grateful for Christ and for what this season brings.

William got to meet Santa. He was not all the impressed. I have to admit... I was super excited for him to meet Santa. in fact I raced over to stand in line. Will was not having it, as you can see in the next picture...

{halloween}

It rained on Sat. It was a sad day. We planned to take Will out to trick or treat. We didn't even get any trick or treaters. So what do we do when the weather is bad and we are stuck in Provo? Bowling. haha. My cousin Julio and his friends invited us and it was so much fun. Afterwards we watched 2 classics my mother in law sent us for Halloween. We had fun!
on Halloween we went over to the Shepherds and had a great dinner  with the family.

{happy birthday keith}

 (William at 2 months)
Happy birthday to a wonderful father in law and grandpa to Will!
we love you!
Hope you had a wonderful birthday on Thursday!

{14 months/Dino museum}

I can't get enough of him. He is such a sweet boy. he gives me and daddy kisses all the time. he loves to cuddle and when he is not reading his books he is climbing on the couch or emptying my kitchen drawers. He is full of energy and mischief but we love  him so much.
he gets upset if he sees mommy and daddy cuddling or kissing. in fact he throws his head back and starts kicking in the air. its hilarious.

{Pumpkinland}

It has been awhile since we updated out blog. sorry family. We have been SUPER busy these couple of months. Kents cousin Cortney recommend a fun pumpkin patch in Orem. We went on Sat afternoon.
 William had a blast walking around. He kept running to the 6 ft tall inflatable Elmo.
Update: I am working 4 times a week at a Dental office in Orem. I love the girls i work with. they make looking at teeth all day fun.
Kent works twice a week at a Thai restaurant in the evenings. He has recently been working on some small projects at the LDS Motion Picture Studio. Hopefully this will be a regular thing. He will be also part of the New Testaments film crew too.  I love seeing Kent super excited to go to work. This summer was pretty rough on both of us. But we are so grateful for prayers, family and friends. I am so grateful that the challenges we experiences brought us even closer. I love him.
We are attending a new ward. It is actually an English ward. no callings yet. Having a toddler at church has brought its challenges. He is too big to sit still and to young to go to nursery. Can February come any sooner?!!!!!!
Our new apartment is so much better then our little yellow house. its a 3 bedroom place. it is perfect for when family comes to visit.
We also have a washer and dryer(thanks Mom). it makes life so much easier.
We are super excited that its October. Halloween is Kents favorite holiday. We decorated with a small and I mean small budget.
Thankfully after this weeks movie shoot they got rid of lots of pumpkins. Kent came home with 10 cute pumpkins. I will post pictures soon of some homemade Halloween decorations.
anyways, thanks for dropping by!
